  • 1/4 English cucumber (~75g)
  • 1 tbsp avocado mayo
  • 1 tbsp whole Greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/10 tsp salt
  • 1/10 tsp black pepper
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
