Lana is a ray of sunshine. She always shows up with an incredible amount of positive energy. When I started working out with Lana I had a stiff shoulder. Her tailored work outs helped me with the shoulder immensely. Soon, we incorporated bollyx in to the work outs which made it really fun. She is also great with diet and nutrition advice. Lana is the complete fitness package !

Lana’s energy, passion and excitement has transformed my health - making me, fairly effortlessly, commit to working out with her three times a week for most weeks of the year. I am stronger for my children. I can actually fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes without large changes in my diet. Strength, balance, cardio , flexibility and fun! Every workout with Lana is varied, challenging and focused in the whole body. She’s a stickler for correct firm, ensuring that you do each exercise correctly to avoid injury. I always feel better after a Lana workout!

Whenever I attend one of Lana’s classes, I know I’m going to get a good workout and have fun in the process. I feel stronger and in better shape as a result of doing a combination of strength training, aerobic work, and stretching. I can’t recommend her fitness program highly enough. Joining Lana's Bolly-X class is pure joy! She provides an incredibly welcome environment for all skills and experience levels and her enthusiasm and spirit are contagious! She pulls us into the storytelling of Bollywood and all else disappears through full involvement of mind and body. As the only male over 80 years old in Lana’s Ultimate Fitness class, I find, along with my classmates who are one, two, three and four decades younger than me, that one couldn’t ask for an instructor who is more talented and more motivating than Lana! I find her personal and class wide instruction to leave me fully challenged and definitely feeling better about myself.
