Whenever I attend one of Lana’s classes, I know I’m going to get a good workout and have fun in the process. I feel stronger and in better shape as a result of doing a combination of strength training, aerobic work, and stretching. I can’t recommend her fitness program highly enough. I hope to be able to do these classes for many more years to come.

Lana has been my fitness guru for over a decade.
