Lana discovered her passion for exercise at the age of 14, and fitness has been an integral part of her life ever since. With decades of experience, she has dedicated her career to teaching exercise and nutrition, helping people build strength, improve mobility, and achieve lasting health.
Lana’s true passion is learning, and her deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition forms the foundation of her unique approach to health. She developed a holistic exercise system that integrates cardiovascular strength, balance, posture, and flexibility, ensuring an efficient and well-rounded workout. She has successfully taught classes using this system for over 20 years, empowering countless individuals to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
Her philosophy is simple: “Practice what you preach.” Lana follows the same exercise system she teaches and adheres to her own well-researched nutrition plans, demonstrating firsthand that sustainable health is achievable.
Now, she’s ready to share her expertise with the world, making her proven methods accessible to more people through Lana’s Health and Fitness.
Beyond fitness and nutrition, Lana loves languages and speaks Russian and Haitian Creole in addition to English. She is currently learning Telugu. She’s also an avid traveler, passionate about exploring different cultures. As a professional dancer, she performs Bollywood dance and teaches BollyX dance fitness classes , bringing joy and energy to her students.
